The Challenge
Outdated beliefs, little personality, and tiny text, the original website didn't reflect this energetic and giving congregation.
Their biggest wants? Make it welcoming and friendly, like the church really is. Show the giving nature of the congregation. Let people know, whether attendees or not, what the church is up to.
Our Solution
Using mobile-responsive and custom UI, SMPL Design Co. worked with congregants to build a website that spoke to the heart of High Prairie Church. Large, readable fonts, bright and engaging colors, and scrolling animations were must-have's. Some of the favorite features on this site:
- A map showing each mission the church is involved in, from India to Texas to at home in Leavenworth, Kansas.
- A detailed history page with images from each era of the church.
- A programs page, detailing how attendees from any age can experience this community and learn about their faith together.
- Pictures of tons of church activities, used with express permission from congregants.
